How long does a project take?

We'll flesh this out with you in step 2. Ultimately, we'll go as fast as makes sense for your priorities. Simple integrations or process automations might take days/ weeks. Heavy lifting work across team uplift in existing codebases may take longer. We give you a realistic timeline once we know who and what we have to work with.

What's your engagement model?

This will depend on you. You can either ask us to get you an outcome, or build the outcome with your team and bring them on the journey. You get access to our engineers, our process, and our experience as much as necessary either way. Importantly, we're not a black box. You see the work, understand the decisions, and own the results.

How/ Where do you work?

We're mostly a distributed team who work best face to face, but mostly online in virtual meetings. We do this to save on cost, and pass those savings to you, but if you need on-site, we'll do our best to accomodate that too, particularly early on in our discovery.

Do you work with startups?

Yes. We work with companies at every stage. Startups often need the most rigorous engineering because they can't afford failures. We've helped early-stage teams build systems that scale.

What if the project fails?

We engineer to prevent failure. But if something isn't working, we diagnose it, fix it, and learn from it. We're committed to outcomes, not just effort.

Can you work with our existing code?

Usually yes. We've integrated with legacy systems, inherited codebases, and worked alongside existing teams. We assess what's there and build on what makes sense.
